Pasteup Postie Hedgehog #1

This is an original mixed media artwork on a canvas panel featuring one of my Postie Hedgehog pasteups. Designed to bring a piece of the street into your home.

The canvas features a painted background that mimics a wall in the street, with one of my pasteup Postie Hedgehog prints applied on top with a handwritten message and extra white pen highlight on the face and prickles. I finished the canvas with a coat of UV protective, non yellowing matte varnish.

Each of my Postie Hedgehogs pasteups are unique with their own handwritten ‘postcard’ message. This one reads: “Looking for a sign, this is it.”
