Returns Policy

If you change your mind about the art you have purchased from me, you can request a refund. You must meet all the criteria below to qualify for a return:

  • the artwork was delivered to you within the last 14 days.
  • the artwork is in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging – ideally in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

You are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the artwork was received in a damaged condition.

If your artwork arrived damaged, photographic proof must be provided of both the artwork and the packaging to help me determine the cause, and so I can apply for compensation from the delivery service.

If you qualify for a return, you will be refunded the price you paid for the artwork and the initial shipping cost within 7-days of the artwork being received by myself.

How to Return Your Purchase

  • Contact me with your order number and description of why you wish to make a return.
  • If your order arrived damaged, please also include photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.

Exemptions

All commissioned artwork orders and artworks that have been printed specifically upon your request are not entitled to a refund. This is because they are one-of-a-kind pieces that have been custom-made to your specific requirements.
