2. Terms of Sale
By placing an order with me, you are: agreeing to purchase the product(s) in your basket at the price(s) provided in checkout; agreeing that all information provided by you in checkout is true and accurate, and you are an authorised user of the payment method provided.

You can place an order by adding products from my shop catalogue (doodlher.com/art-shop) to your basket and completing the checkout process. You are required to pay for the goods in full to complete your order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address that you provided during the checkout process. This order confirmation email does not constitute my acceptance of an order. I retain the right to refuse an order request made by you. If I am unable to fulfil your order, I will get in touch with you, using the email address supplied, as soon as possible to arrange an alternative product or refund. If a product’s listed price is incorrect, either due to a typographical or other error, I have the right to refuse or cancel such an order placed at the incorrect price, regardless of the order’s processing status.

5. Delivery
I will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days following your order confirmation, unless otherwise stated. Items that are made-to-order will be subject to additional lead times prior to their dispatch. This information will be disclosed to you in the product page information.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification to the email address you provided when placing your order. Please check your spam or junk mail folders if you do not receive a notification.

7. Colours, Graphics & Measurements
I will make every effort to display accurate representations of a product on my website. Images of products on this website are used for illustrative purposes only and your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website. The product colours you see on my website will ultimately reply on your system’s monitor, and I cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display the product’s true colour.

Product sizes are an approximation and may not truly match the final measurements of the item you receive. We provide measurements to help give you a better understanding of its size.

Hand printed artworks are made individually so are subject to variations. All products are quality checked before being dispatched to you.

I nor any other party involved in producing, maintaining, or delivering doodlher.com are liable or responsible for any loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of this website.

I am not responsible for any content on 3rd party websites that is accessible via any link found at doodlher.com.

I cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver your order if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, strikes, supplier failures, or failure by you to provide me correct information to fulfil your order delivery or payment processing. Should any such delays occur I will get in touch with you as soon as possible and do my best to reduce the impact they may have on your customer experience.
